Douglas graduated with a bachelors in communication from the University of Wisconsin—Parkside and a Masters from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, in Educational Psychology.  He has worked with at-risk-youth as a counselor and treatment specialist for over 10 years in the Milwaukee area and He brings a broad base of knowledge with a philosophy that preaches out-side the box..."but not too far or you wont get back in".

He has worked as a DPI Wisconsin licensed (54) school counselor in the public, religious, and non-profit sectors and has also established himself in the residential management of St. Aemilian Lakeside which is a non-profit 24 hour residential center for boys needing specialized treatment for cognitive disabilities.  As he continues to further his management skills he will also be a key player in the Dream to build an orphanage for the street children of the Philippines.  His dedication and devotion to the orphanage project, is his willingness to sacrifice for others who are less fortunate.

Elma is Active in FAAWIS and the Philippine Community here in Milwaukee.  She hosts several events with the Church throughout the year as she has many active roles as she enhances her spiritual nature.  Elma has recently been to the Philippines and has been an inspiration for everyone and the children that she believes should have a home.  She is a very caring and compassionate individual who has contributed her time, talent and finances to making the orphanage dream come true.

Rebecca has been involved with FAAWIS, many charitable organizations and is a retired principle from the Milwaukee Public School System.  She is full of life, determined and passionate; especially, when it comes to helping others succeed.  Rebecca is a Godsend in many ways to the organization as she is very active in the Philippine community and her talent, time and finances have help the organization grow from its infancy.

Michelle is very active in the Chicago land area as she is a financial analyst for a multimillion-dollar company and is also very active and compassionate for helping support foundations that support cancer treatment.  She is understanding and loving towards the poor and abandoned children of the Philippines and her role for Dougdream.com is a breath of fresh air.  We thank Michelle for her time and talent and future skills to help the organization grow into something beautiful. 

Corrine is a manager and sales representative for Creative Wood Products, a family own and run kitchen cabinet business with over 50 years of service in the Milwaukee area.  She is understanding and compassionate but her talent to see things for what they are and her quick decisive decision making allow her to be an excellent asset for our organization.   She understands the small buisness world yet has vision to expand into the next century and her time, talent and finances to help our organization is highly valued.

Darren is a very passionate and Spiritual Christian that believes in action and not words.  He is a pastor in Reno Nevada and his analytical and compassionate nature, especially, towards those who are orphaned or abandoned is a wonderful addition to our organization.  Darren's time, talent and finances are much appreciated.

Cheryl has a wonderful heart that can been seen a mile away through her smile.  She grew up in Clark County Wisconsin with her supportive family and has a back ground in business/marketing.   She also, worked in the transportation business as a logistics and freight broker for seven years before she began another endeavor in business management for the hotel industry.  As a hobby and a passion she works part -time at a weekly newspaper in Clark County as a copy editor / proofreader as well as occasional writer.  She also, served as the treasurer for the Neillsville Area Players, and has been involved with fund raising, acting, theater set building, theater lighting and other projects.  She will also, be a key player as a Fund Raising Coordinator in Clark County for Dougs Dream which is much needed and appreciated.  We are glad to have her on-board and God Bless her in all she does.  Thank you Cheryl for believing in the Dream.

Ray or (Brother Ray) as we call him is a very spirit filled and wonderful Catholic man who's deep desire to help those who are less fortunate is of a spiritual nature.  He is highly analytical and "always thinking" as he dreams of new and power ways to gain support for this endeavor.  Brother Ray holds a great gift of conservation and his ability and likeable personality have made him a great asset to our organization, and did we mention...He wont take no for an answer.

Korigan's Spiritual and Christian Brotherhood sets him in a league of his own.  He is active leader in Bible prayer groups in the New Mexico area and his family is a firm believer in the dream as he upholds the moral and ethical standards of a Christian following Gods ways.  His time, talent and donations have helped to further this dream and we appreciate his love.

Daniel works for the FAA in the Chicago land and is a blast of energy and devoted love for the dream.  He has many talents and connections to help promote this endeavor and is currently donating his time, talent, and donations to help make this project a success.  He is a very deep and spiritual Catholic and he is an overall great guy to be around.
